CATERINA VICENS is a Mallorcan artist based in Barcelona who collects plastic from beaches worldwide and transforms it into stunning artworks.

"Plastic Poetry," launched in 2022, is Caterina's debut series and has since evolved into her own artistic hallmark.
These beautiful and meaningful works convey a sense of peace and harmony, revealing the infinite beauty present in all things, even in the most undesirable."
Expeditions
Caterina has spent the past two years traveling to beaches across the Mediterranean, Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans, collecting over 200kg of marine plastics.
During this time, she has observed patterns and commonalities in all these locations, which she then incorporates into her artistic narratives to create a powerful impact on viewers.
